Enrolling in the Companion Line

  1. Enter your user id and pin code. For security purposes, please Contact Us.
  2. Key in the phone number that accesses the Companion Line most frequently (referred to as the primary number), and any other numbers that you may call in from. These may be stored as mobile, home, or work numbers. If calling in from the primary number to log in, the challenge question is passed by during login. Note: International numbers may be accepted as a registered number.
  3. Set up three challenge questions. Please note that date must be entered in the following format MM/DD/YYYY. Below is a list of possible challenge questions. 
    1. What is your oldest sibling’s birthday month and year? 
    2. What is your youngest sibling’s birthday month and year?
    3. How many grandchildren do you have?
    4. What was the last four numbers of your childhood phone number? 
    5. How old were you on your first date? 
    6. How many pets did you have before age 10? 
    7. What is the numeric street address of your childhood home? 
    8. How many different schools did you attend? 
    9. What is your anniversary date? 
  4. Create a site key. You may record your own message or choose one from the list.
  5. Finally, change your PIN code for the Companion Line. Enter the specifications for the pin code. The pin code that you choose must be between 4 and 8 characters. The pin code cannot contain repeat characters. 

Once you have completed the enrollment process you can access your account information at any time. To access your account information, follow the prompts within the Companion Line.
