• It takes a minimum of one week after the application is approved to set up a new merchant account.
• $50.00 Set up fee (one time set up fee)
• $15.00 Equipment Rental (Terminal) (monthly fee)
• $10.00 Equipment Rental (Printer) (monthly fee)
• $25.00 Slim CD Equipment Rental (monthly fee)
• $50.00 Programming fee. if you own your own equipment (for each programming per each terminal)
• $40.00 to purchase imprinter. Imprinter important for charge back reasons.
• Discount Fee ______% of sales on Visa and MC. $15.00 Minimum monthly charge. We need 3 months of previous processor statements, to determine this fee. FSB will reevaluate this fee after three months with our bank.
• $15.00 charge back fee (set by VISA and MasterCard)
• Free supplies (PAPER AND RIBBON) if equipment is rented from First State Bank.

• Same day equipment replacement if needed (If equipment is rented from First State Bank)
• Fast ACH Funding (2) business days after terminals are balanced and settled direct deposit to FSB checking account
