The service is available by request to any customer, simply contact one of our Personal Banking Specialists to activate your Companion Line service.

Using Companion Line:
- Using a touch-tone phone, dial 575.835.8282 or 1.800.385.5919.
- Follow the directions as stated on Companion Line. Companion Line can be accessed and used in English or Spanish.
- When prompted, enter your account number and your personal identification number. The first time you call Companion Line, the last four digits of your Social Security/tax identification number will be your secret code. You will be able to change that code at any time.
- From the menu, select the option you would like to use to obtain account information.
